On the basis of summing up domestic and foreign experience on Neodymium magnet production and improved techology,creatively combing mold-forming technology of international powder metallurgy to adopt mold-direct once forming to produce Neodymium magnet,this technology is initiated in China,and meets international advanced level.Not only the consistency and uniformity of Neodymium magnet produced with this new technology are better but also several traditional processes such as isotropic press,wire cutting and driling are canceled.The NdFeB magnet application fields are broadened.
